Lovely company. We booked them months ago to take us from Campbell River to Tofino in late August 2023 but Highway 4 closed so they just couldn't do the job.  Rather than keeping our 50% deposit they immediately offered to refund it. They had even offered to absorb the cost of a driver staying in CR overnight so we could get through H4 when still open but we weren't going to be in CR early enough for that to work. We arranged a drive from Nanaimo with Ryan from Pacific Rim Navigators last weekend.  He arrived as scheduled and drove us to Ucluelet - he is very kind and knowledgeable.  The drive was more like a tour as he gave us lots of information on the area.  Ryan was also available to take us to the Tofino airport the morning of our departure.
